Today is my first free day of the whole summer, as my internship ended this past weekend. All of a sudden I have free time to finally share some of my outfits from the office this summer. So, in no particular order, here are a handful of my favorite looks from summer.
*Disclaimer* I’m not supported by any of the brands I’m mentioning below (although that would be ~amazing~.
Real talk, I love a good pair of work pants for women. These pants are Calvin Klein from Macy’s, and I would wear these just about anywhere. I paired it with a simple white shirt and my black blazer for added professionalism.
The blazer and shoes are also from Target.
Touch of Color
Here is another outfit with a comfortable pair of black pants from Target’s brand A New Day. I’ve been completely obsessed with cheetah print, so I paired this burnt orange shirt with my darker brown cheetah print shoes from New York & Company.
Bright Colors and Fun Prints – Oh My!
Now featuring cheetah print, again! This lighter brown-based cheetah print shirt with a waist tie is from Target. I love a bright pair of pants to brighten my day, and this pair is from JCPenny.
Flowy Pants FTW!
This lighting makes it hard to see the details, but this is one of my favorite outfits from this summer. The pink pants are from JCPenny along with the mid-sleeve white jacket. The jacket can be worn loose like this or it can be worn more fitting with a tie around the waist. The shoes have a mini heel and are from Target.
Believe it or not, I did wear dresses and skirts this summer, however, I didn’t document those outfits as well. This is a simple black skirt (it’s origins – I have no idea) paired with a flower printed shirt. It’s a comfortable, easy, professional skirt.
Simple, Cute and Comfortable
Felt cute getting a drink after work, so that’s the story of the selfie. I love this printed shirt (I think it’s from Target) paired with the same skinny black pants from my “Touch of Color” outfit. You can easily add a white or black blazer to dress it up.
I wore a lot of other things throughout my four-month-long internship, but I didn’t think to document many of them. Dressing professionally and comfortably is completely possible, and I hope this post will somehow help you look and feel your best throughout the season of interning.
